The BX25 comes with an auto-feed water system and a 5-gallon water jug for hassle-free water smoking just like that in the bigger BX50 Box Smoker. It does an excellent job with or without water, unlike some cabinet smokers on the market. This makes it possible to smoke jerky or anything you want to smoke dry (without the use of water).
If you’re looking for a backyard or competition smoker that is compact, easy to use, and fuel efficient—and of course built “Meadow Creek strong”—the BX25 Box Smoker is an excellent choice.
Upgrade your BBQ game with the Meadow Creek BX25 Cabinet Smoker. Unmatched size, features, and craftsmanship for exceptional BBQ excellence.

I would recommend Meadow Creek BX25 to anyone. Built to last for many years. Works great even when temperatures dip well below freezing.

Great purchase… Quality workmanship, worth every penny, smoked a brisket with top notch results, this BX25 smoker will last you for generations, plus it’s made in the U.S.A. The folks at Meadow Creek are so informative about there products and will answer questions and send you recipes.

I bought the Meadow Creek Bx25 close to a year ago now. The article reflects “Removable Water pan”, but if you remove it -there is a big gap there. I asked where the metal flap was so I can close that big old hole up. First I was told to reach out to who sold it to me which they could not help me. Then a rep at Meadow Creek corporate or head place told me without the tray the temp would spike.
The way i cook i like to keep a good bark on my brisket and pork so yeah- use water pan through half the cook then remove to save the bark. Well, they all came to the conclusion I would have to pay $50.00 for a part they take off my grill to put the water pan in… and now I have to pay for that part. “Ridiculous”. Made my own.
Next when I called and was treated like crap, I mentioned the videos show food being cooked but not the correct way to run your fire in the smoker. They laughed… I should have went with a Stumps smoker or a Jambo. Don’t get me wrong great little smoker here but customer service or anything you want to ask them- they say call the store where you purchased it “who knows nothing”. and the main office is a joke.

The BX 25 is my “in between cooker.” When I don’t have enough meat to cook in my PR 72T and too much to cook on a 22 inch Weber. I’ll break out the BX 25 and in conjunction with the BBQ Guru. This box is literally “set it and forget it” the water tank is a plus and it just adds more moisture making things even more delectable, especially when I add a bottle of white wine to the water. Another piece of equipment that does everything it’s supposed to do and it’s made extremely well, made to last forever!
